This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, Effective Date 05/26/2022. The Government anticipates awarding a competitive Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The NAICS is 541611 (size standard $21.5M). This RFQ is being issued in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.5 and is a total small business set aside. A list of the line items, quantities, and units of measure can be found in Attachment # 2. A description of requirements, dates, and place of performance can be found in Attachment # 1.
