This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate, stand-alone written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. Solicitation number HT940822Q0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government requires a contractor to provide 200 pounds per week of Dry Ice in 1/2" pellets to the 4th Medical Group, Laboratory Department, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation and supplies.
