PROGRAM BACKGROUND: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) supports the delivery of integrated, cost effective, and high quality health services to military beneficiaries of the Military Health System (MHS). Patient care services are provided in military clinics, hospitals, and medical centers. The DHA, encompassing Air Force, Army and Navy Medical Services, hereafter called “Government,” has a requirement to acquire high quality Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (HEC) services. The prime Contractor’s staff, including all their teaming partners, sub-contractors, and corporate level staff, are needed to perform and provide on-site management as well as cleaning and disinfecting for Department of Defense (DoD) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) located in the 50 United States and its territories.
