The Defense Health Agency seeks a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract for on-site preventive maintenance, safety inspections, calibrations, annual chamber cleanings, and emergency repairs for Government-owned Steris sterilization and washer equipment. Services will be performed at the 55th Medical Group, Ehrling Bergquist Clinic, Building 4000, 2501 Capehart Road, Offutt Air Force Base, NE. The requirement is 100% set aside for total small business concerns, and technicians must be certified and use OEM or approved equivalent parts, diagnostic software, and PM kits. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods and a potential 6-month extension, from November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2032. The contract will be an all-inclusive fixed annual rate covering labor, travel, scheduled PM visits, and replacement parts, evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
