SOLE SOURCE - Medical Information Systems Support Technician (MISST) Services - McConnell AFB, KS This announcement constitues a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. Defense Health Agency (DHA), Central Markets Contracting Division (CM-CD) intends to award a contract for MISST services at McConnell AFB, KS. DHA plans to stand up a Geographic Service Providers (GSPs) contract vehicle for Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and other lines of business (OLBs). The GSP Multiple Award IDIQ (MA IDIQ) contract vehicle for Military Health System (MHS) Information Technology (IT) support services is scheduled to be awarded July 2023 with GSP Task Orders expected to begin in 2Q FY24. This action is to award a contract that will bridge performance of the IT support services between the current McConnell AFB local support contract and the support under the future GSP Task Order. Base period (07 October 23 – 05 April 24), Option period 1 (06 Apr 24 - 05 July 24) Option Period 2 (06 July 24 – 05 October 24) This action is a new contract action and will result in a firm-fixed-price contract using Other than Full and Open Competition prescribed by13.501(a), Sole Source acquisitions. This action will result in the award of a commercial contract.
