This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to establish a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Scleral Contact Lenses. Performance will be at Womack Army Medical Center, Ft. Bragg, NC. The BPA ordering period is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide an offer that meets the Statement of Work. The government intends to award a single BPA to the successful quoter.
