Temperature Monitoring System: Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL
The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Rees Scientific Corporation for preventative and corrective maintenance of its temperature monitoring systems. The services are required at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida, and its associated clinics in Jacksonville, FL; Key West, FL; and Albany, GA. The period of performance is a base year from 15 January 2026 to 14 January 2027, with four one-year option periods and a final six-month extension option. The work involves annual calibration and certification, as well as on-call repairs, performed by personnel specifically trained and certified on the existing Rees systems. This is a Request for Quote, and the government will consider all quotes received, though it is pursuing a sole-source award under simplified acquisition procedures.
