The Defense Health Agency requires continuous bi-weekly delivery of bulk clinical-grade solid carbon dioxide dry ice pellets (strictly 5/8" diameter) to Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC, with split deliveries to the Pathology Department (150 lbs by 11:00 AM) and Blood Donor Center (250 lbs by 3:30 PM) per delivery. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period plus four consecutive 12-month option periods, with performance scheduled to commence on 01 October 2026.
