The contractor will provide Low Titer O Whole Blood for patients at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL), NC. The government seeks sources capable of supplying at least 120 units per year, constituted and validated for use in NMCCL refrigerators. All blood products must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Section 351 of the Public Health Service Act and 21 CFR 600-640. The contractor must be able to provide these products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Federal Holidays. Delivery of Low Titer O Whole Blood must be possible within 3.5 hours of request in certain instances.
