Combine Synopsis/Solicitation # HT9406-24-Q-APCUPSMaint is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attachment. The DD Form 1155 is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Healthcare Operations Contracting Division intends to procure a firm fixed price contract for APC UPS maintenance chiller services in support of Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Beaufort (NMRTC). The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform preventive maintenance, preventive maintenance required parts replacement, calibration, corrective maintenance (repairs) of APC UPS. Maintenance services shall included Environmental Inspections, Maintenance Tasks, Check Systems Operating Conditions, Documentation, On Site Service, remote monitoring service, as well as on-site remedial repairs and an annual preventive maintenance check status. Replacement parts and services provided at no additional costs except for batteries past their warrantied lifecycle. The contract will consist of a base year and four Option years of 12 months each. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12.603; Streamlined solicitation for commercial products or commercial services. Competition Approach: Sole Source Submission of Proposals: Contractors must follow the requirements of FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-2 Addendum, and the Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criterion provided in the solicitation document to create the proposal. Proposal is required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialists on or before the date and time specified in the attachement. Period of Performance: The estimated start date is August 1, 2024. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months and four (4) Option years of 12-month each. The start date is subject to change.
