This contract is for the procurement, installation and programming of Audio Visual (AV) system equipment. The contract also requires for the removal and disposal of existing AV system equipment as required or if needed for Naval Medical Center main Auditorium located at 620 John Paul Jones Circle Portsmouth, Virginia 23708, building 3, 2nd floor. This contract requires fully operational equipment and systems that meets the government requirements and interface with existing government provided equipment. All equipment must be TAA compliant. The contract requires a system design/drawing that will include any changes, recommendations, wiring, with the new installation. All components or equipment installed must be new and fully operational prior to government testing and acceptance. This contract requires operational training for staff members at installation location. No refurbished equipment will be used for this installation. A one-year equipment replacement warranty is required for all newly installed equipment.
