This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services for testing and certification of inpatient pharmacy equipment in accordance with USP 797. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5 Simplified procedures for certain commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is HT940624Q0023. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
