The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Southeastern Markets Contracting Division (DHACA-SEM-CD) intends to issue a firm fixed price Waste Paper Shredding and Removal contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform waste paper removal and shredding. The contractor shall provide shredding services for the Naval Health Clinic Charleston, South Carolina on a monthly schedule during the week to be established after the contract award. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) options years. The procurement will be set aside 100% for small business concerns. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561990, the size standard is $16.5 million and the product code/service code is R614. Solicitation number HT940624Q0009 will be released on or about 20 NOV 2023, with a closing date on or about 20 DEC 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
