The NMCP Emergency Communications Center is manned twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week by Contractor personnel. NMCP is required to maintain an Emergency Communications Center, that provides information to patient and staff as well as alerting the patient and staff of security concerns. This contract shall provide services to monitor the child abduction monitoring system, monitor the NMCP camera system, monitor the building fire alarm, monitor NMCP internal duress alarms, announce hospital Emergency Codes, and alert security or emergency response.
