The purpose of Amendment 03 is to extend the proposal due date and open a new questions and answers window in accordance with Attachment I, Addendum to 52.212-1. Changes can be found highlighted in Attachment I. This is a non-personal services requirement to provide intraoperative laser support services in support of the Main Operating Room (MOR) under the Directorate of Surgical Services (DSS) at NMCP. The intraoperative laser services will be used to maintain patient safety. These services are needed to decrease pain, prevent further morbidity, and restore function. The requested services directly support efficient and safe surgical care. The Contractor shall set-up and operate both Government furnished and Contractor furnished medical lasers in an operating room environment and provide full support for the requested laser services indicated in the contract. Full support is defined as providing the laser (if needed) and a technician to set-up, break-down, and monitor the equipment and required consumables.
