SAM (F... This is to notify the public of the Government's intention to award to BK Medical Systems due they are identified as a sole source for this requirement. This requirement will be posted on Beta. SAM (FBO) as combined synopsis solicitation with no intent to award for 5 days. This requirement is not associated with a FSS or DoD contract. Items are Priority 06 and are awarded based on “Sole Source” IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR 13.106-1(c)(1)(i), therefore only (1) quote was received. The selected vendor has the government’s requirements as stated and is available for shipping. BK Medical Systems, Inc approved service replacement parts, should be used in the maintenance and repair on our equipment. Failure to service the equipment with factory trained technicians or to use BK Medical Systems, Inc approved service parts can result in warranty cancellation.
