NOI – Hospitals Lifenet Care Pro 4 - LIFENET System Data and asset management system The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, and FAR Part 13.106-1(b), to STRYKER SALES, LLC, 1901 Romence Road Parkway, Portage, MI 49002, United States, United States, for the provision Hospitals Lifenet Care Pro 4 - LIFENET System Data and asset management system for the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth Emergency Department. The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Stryker Sales, LLC for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Hospitals Lifenet Care Pro 4. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. The contract will consist of a base year and 4 (four) option years; the period of performance for the base year is 30 September 2023 through 29 September 2024. Stryker Sale, LLC is the only source available to provide Hospitals Lifenet Care Pro 4 - LIFENET System Data and asset management system which provides patient information to help quickly treat STEMI, stroke and other patients, receive EMS data to help EDS know what to expect before patients arrive, and easily assemble and brief care teams in advance. The total estimated value is $129,750.00. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quote or proposals.
