Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity - Tidewater intends to award based on brand name requirement for the LP-15 NAPA Airway Pressure Monitor & Accessories. No other brand can satisfy agency requirements. The estimated time of delivery will be 45 days after receipt of order. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.
