The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Markets Contracting Division intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Climate controlled storage of physical x-ray files in support of Navy Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) and Norfolk Navy Shipyard Branch Medical Clinic (NNSY BMC). This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competition Approach: This requirement is set aside for Small Business. Submission of Quote and Due Date: Quotes are required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer at andrew.j.pounds2.civ@health.mil and Contract Specialist at yuleiny.garciacontreras.civ@health.mil on or before the date and time specified in the SF 1449 -Block 8 of Page l. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month Option years. The estimated start date is October 1, 2023.
