It is understood that this is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Markets Contracting Division intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract. Services to be acquired include maintenance of hospital beds. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide calibration support for the items listed in Attachment A and all support items / components as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competition Approach: 100% Small Business Set Aside Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months, four (4) 12- month Option years and one (1) six (6) month Option period. The estimated start date is October 1, 2023.
