The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHA) intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract to perform maintenance support on various models of refrigerators and freezers at the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Portsmouth. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation. This will be a one-time procurement. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) option years. The procurement will be 100% small business set-aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811210; Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance the size standard is $34M and the service code is J065. Solicitation number HT940623Q0065 will be released on or about 06 July 2023, with a closing date on or about 07 August 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from SAM.gov on or about 06 July 2023.
