The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Markets Contracting Division intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price contract for Pastoral Care Clinical Supervision services in support of Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
