This action is no longer a 100% small business "set aside", as no bids were received under Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is being posted to the Federal Contract Opportunities page located at https://sam.gov/. It is understood that this is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Markets Contracting Division intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price service contract for Operating Room Equipment Deep Cleaning (Perioperative Service Deep Cleaning), The vendor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Operating Room Equipment Deep Cleaning. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competition Approach: This requirement is a "unrestricted", full and open competition. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months and four (4) 12- month Option years. The estimated start date is October 1, 2023. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHA) intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract to perform deep cleaning and disinfection of non-critical patient care equipment. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation. This will be a one-time procurement. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) option years. The procurement will be 100% small business set-aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811210; Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance the size standard is $34M and the service code is J065. Solicitation number HT940623Q0055 will be released on or about 06 July 2023, with a closing date on or about 07 August 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
