This is to notify the public of the Government's intention to award a consignment order for Plastic Surgery Clinic supplies to Mentor Worldwide for the period of performance 01 APR 2023 - 30 JUN 2023. This award is based upon a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that is currently in place under contract number N0018321A0004 where Mentor Worldwide supplies are listed in the order. The supplies are very specific to the Plastic Surgery Clinic and are what is required for Plastic Surgery Clinic to satisfy its mission at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Any deviation from the specifications of these products is unacceptable to the Government.
