This is to notify the public of the Government's intention to award a consignment order for Plastic Surgery supplies to Mentor Worldwide for the period of performance 1 JAN 23 - 31 MAR 23. This award is based upon a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that is currently in place under contract number N0018321A0004 where Mentor Worldwide are listed in the order (Breast Implants). The supplies are very specific to the Plastic Surgery and are what is required for Plastic Surgery to satisfy its mission at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP). Any deviation from the specifications of these products is unacceptable to the Government.
