The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA (NMCP) Radiology Department requires contractor expertise in the areas of Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS), information technology engineering, and radiographic quality assurance to include quality control of radiographic images and assurance that demographic information inherent in the digital images is correct. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to assist the Contracting Officer in conducting market research to establish if two or more responsible 8(a) contractors are present on SAM.gov that can provide the required services.
