On behalf of DOD, GSA is conducting market research for the E-Commerce Operational Systems Support (EOSS) Program, which provides technical support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) E-Commerce System (ECS) and, hence, includes tasks to cover the entirety of an enterprise Information Technology (IT) system for the Private Sector Healthcare System. This contract provides for IT services to maintain, operate, and provide engineering and technical support for the DHA ECS program that supports the Private Sector Healthcare Program for the Defense Health Agency.
