Amendment 5 to HT940220R0002 includes revisions made to Section B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS, Section C - STATEMENT OF WORK, Section G - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, Section H - SPECIAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS, Section L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS & NOTICES TO OFFERORS and Section M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD. Attachment L-25 is amended. TPharm5 is the continuing requirement to provide pharmacy benefits for the Military Health System (MHS) by providing access to prescription medications through a retail pharmacy network, dispensing prescriptions through a mail order pharmacy (MOP), and adjudicating Military Treatment Facility (MTF) prescriptions with all other prescriptions using a central patient profile reflecting transactions at all points of service using full and open competition. Potential offerors may submit questions by email to dha.buckley.acquis-procure.mbx.tpharm5@mail.mil Questions must be submitted no later than 1600 MDT on August 12, 2020. Questions and answers will be posted publically on the same RFP posting, if applicable. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be hosted on September 2, 2020. More details to follow. Potential offerors may request confidential and protected information at this time. The ordering instructions for confidential and protected information are located in Attachment L-1.
