The Department of War is required by law to run an integrated pharmacy benefits program, with a P&T Committee evaluating drugs for clinical and cost effectiveness. A Request for Quotation has been issued for drug classes under review, and the committee may award Uniform Formulary Blanket Purchase Agreements and Additional Discount Program Agreements. The November 2026 P&T Committee meeting will review topical atopy agents and lung cancer METEX14 drug classes. A pre-quotation teleconference is scheduled for August 12, 2026.
