Department of War Pharmacy Uniform Formulary Blanket Purchase Agreement/Uniform Formulary Additional Discount Program

The Department of War is issuing a Request for Quotation to obtain quotes for specific pharmaceutical agents, which will be reviewed by its Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee in May 2026.
