This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research related to the upcoming seventh-generation TRICARE Dental Program (TDP-7) and a supporting Third-Party Administrator (TPA) contract. The DHA expects to contract with two to four dental insurance carriers to deliver benefits to eligible military family members worldwide, with a TPA managing centralized administrative functions.
