THIS IS NOT a Request For Proposal (RFP). The DRAFT RFP was posted on November 14, 2019 under a Special Notice for information purposes only. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) anticipates posting the formal RFP on or about 15 days from this notice. The information contained herein does not necessarily reflect all requirements to be found in any future solicitation. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kinds of offers will be considered in response to this Pre-Solicitation Notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice. Responses to the Pre-Solicitation Notice will not be returned. The ADDP3 is the continuing requirement for dental services, claims processing and associated customer support services for TRICARE Active Duty Service Members (ADSMs) using full and open competition. The ADDP3 will supplement ADSM dental care provided in the DoD’s Continental United States (CONUS) Dental Treatment Facilities (DTFs), as well as provide dental care to those ADSMs living in CONUS and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) without access to DTFs. Interested Parties, this Pre-Solicitation Notice serves as a synopsis for the ADDP3 (HT9402-20-R-0001) requirement. The ADDP3 RFP will be posted as a new Solicitation Notice under HT9402-20-R-0001 on SAM beta.GOV, Contract Opportunities, along with any ADDP3 RFP updates.
