SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for AlterG Neo+ Treadmill (Brand Name or Equal To) 1. This requirement is in support of 31st Medical Support Squadron at Aviano Air Base, Italy for procurement of the AlterG Neo+ Treadmill (brand name or equal) . The DHA Healthcare Division - Northeast intends to award one Firm Fixe Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2025-05; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 01/17/2025. 3. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms and conditions contained in this document. 4. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified on the Quote. 5. The Solicitation ID for this requirement is HT10600012327248, This Requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and under the NAICS code 339112. 6. The table below provides the itemized list of materials required for this requirement, interested parties shall fill the table with applicable information as it pertains to this requirement; i.e Unit price, extended price, estimated delivery, etc. 7. Salient physical, functional and performance characteristics must match for the AlterG Neo+ (i/e speed, incline, weight-bearing range, power requirements, precision adjustments, touchscreen display, extended wide handrails, and required accessories needed for full function of the product). Quotations that intend to offer “Or Equal To” products must provide technical specifications for evaluation before acceptance. Required accessories, shipping and installation costs must be included in total price. 8. F.O.B Destination 31st Medical Support Squadron Aviano Air Base, Italy 9.
