The contract was awarded as an Undefinitized Contract Action at the specified Not-To-Exceed amount of $14,959,155. Negotiation of a firm-fixed-price amount is contemplated within sixty days of award of the UCA. The contract accommodates development of MedCOP product enhancements and additional capabilities imminently needed to support the United States European Command (USEUCOM) in relation to the on-going regional conflict in Eastern Europe. Performance under the contract inclusive of the User Adoption task is anticpated through April 2023.
