Sources Sought Announcement Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS) Globally Integrated Medical Common Operating Picture (MedCOP) SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Defense Healthcare Management Systems Contracting Division (DHMS-CD), in support of Program Executive Office (PEO) Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS), Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS) Program Office, anticipate issuing a sole source contract to Accenture Federal Services, LLC (AFS) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii); 10 USC 3204(1), for an anticipated performance period of a twelve-month base period, plus four option periods at twelve-months each, for the further development & support of the Globally-Integrated Medical Common Operating Picture (MedCOP), focusing on the following areas: To deliver MedC2 and MedSA enhanced capabilities to meet the needs of the medical stakeholder community of interest. Provide MedCOP user adoption, training support, and maturing capability planning support DHMS-CD is issuing this sources sought announcement for planning purposes and for assistance in determining whether reasonable alternatives to a non-competitive contract action exist to ensure timely delivery of the required capabilities at the required level of quality. Interested parties may submit a written response stating how they would timely and effectively fulfill the requirement and include appropriate documentation describing how this is able to be made possible with negligible performance risk. The written response should provide sufficient detail to allow for an assessment by the Government without the need for additional information. Responses to this sources sought announcement are not quotes upon which the DHMS-CD can issue a contract. Therefore, the Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this sources sought announcement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541512 and the applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is DA01. Please send responses to Sharjeel J.
