The HCD modernization Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is anticipated to be issued in November 2021, it will focus on Operational Medicine (Op-ed) healthcare delivery documentation solutions. As OpMed providers require solutions that enable bi-directional data flow, “fit-for-purpose”, scalable, configurable, enabling healthcare delivery documentation, with clinical decision support (CDS) in the disconnected, intermittent and low-comms environment. CD-DHMS will acquire HCD modernization capabilities through this competitive prototyping CSO. The HCD CSO solicitation may result in multiple awards. Reminder, in accordance with FAR 5.204 – this is only a pre-solicitation notice, it does not constitute a commitment by the Government, nor does it require a response of any kind.
