The Defense Health Agency, Contracting Division - Defense Healthcare Management Systems (CD-DHMS), on behalf of the Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) Program Office has a requirement for the lease of a 24 foot, winterized, restroom trailer with separate men's and women's restroom. Detailed specifications are in the attached SF-1449. Award will be issued to the lowest bidder Technically Acceptable Quote that meets the government requirements. Technical acceptance will be at the discretion of the government Technical POC. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept proposals via email at: mallory.c.person.civ@mail.mil; all questions with regards to this RFQ are due to Mallory Person, Contract Specialist, no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 13 May 2019. All vendors are to provide their company Cage Code referenced on the quote and all vendors shall have current registration with WAWF (WIDE AREA WORK FLOW) and with SAM (SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT) at time of award.
