04/20/2021 Update JOMIS appreciates industry’s response to our MEDCOP RFI. The JOMIS MEDCOP solution has played a critical role in COVID pandemic across the Military Health System and most importantly, at the Combatant Commands providing critical COVID tracking capabilities. JOMIS, in consultation with our Combatant Command customers and DHA Contracting, determined that the timing of the recompete and the critical need to maintain pandemic tracking requires the award of a Sole Source follow-on to the current MEDCOP initiative. While not our intended contracting strategy for MEDCOP, this strategy would avoid a lapse in this critical service during the pandemic. Of note, the MEDCOP Sole Source will not include training, user adoption, and exercise support as JOMIS intends to compete an overarching OpMed Exercise Support, User Adoption and Training contract for all JOMIS products in the near future. The Fair Opportunity Exception regarding that MEDCOP acquisition and the others are posted below. 01/28/2021 Update JOMIS appreciates the responses submitted to the Request for Information. There will be a full and open competition for this requirement. The program office is finalizing requirements and planned a solicitation release in late winter. The RFP will provide a 30-day period for proposal preparation. A more updated scheduled regarding this acquisition is forthcoming. 12/29/2020 Update PEO DHMS/ JOMIS is still reviewing vendor responses. An update regarding this acquisition will be posted by Jan 31, 2021. 11/23/2020 Update. Responses to Vendor Questions regarding this RFI are posted. 11/17/2020 Update The response date for this Request for Information is extended to December 3, 2020. Medical Common Operating Picture The Defense Health Agency’s Program Executive Office (PEO) for Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS), Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) Program Management Office (PMO), is interested in Industry input on the development of a globally-integrated medical common operating picture.
