The contractor must establish a secure, bidirectional electronic interface with the MHS Genesis health record and comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC 2.0. The contract will be a single-award ID/IQ with a five-year base ordering period and one five-year optional ordering period, totaling up to ten years, using firm-fixed-price task orders. The incumbent contractor is LabCorp Inc., and the current contract expires on June 30, 2026. No budget amount or performance location beyond global MTF support is specified.
