The Government anticipates release of the solicitation via the Goverment Point of Enty (GPE) (https://sam.gov/content/home) within 30 days of publication of this notice. The MQS2-NG acquisition will consist of the concurrent issuance of two (2) solicitations; (1) HT0015-23-R-0003 and (2) HT0015-23-R-0004. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not commit the Government to solicit or contract for any supply or service. The DHA is not accepting questions or comments in response to this notice or the MQS2-NG acquisition at this time. The procedures for the submission of questions or comments for the MQS2-NG program will be outlined in the solicitations at the time of release.
