This amendment is to allow for the submission of proposals either by PIEE or via email. Please refer to the updated addendum to 52.212-1 (yellow highlighted section) for specific information. It is critical that you adhear to the 20MB file size limitation. The solicitation response date has not been extended as a result of this update. The following attachments, associated with the GSP solicitation, are being published with this notice: 1) GSP4: GSP OCI Mitigation Plan Checklist 2) RFP2: GSP Past Performance Questionnaire Additional solicitation related documents may be added between this notice and the release of the complete solicitation.
