THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Enterprise Medical Services Contracting Division (EMS-CD), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a firm fixed price IDIQ contract on a sole source basis to Valor Network, Inc., 7 Hemptor Road, New City, NY, 10956-2508. This requirement is for the establishment of a bridge contract to provide continued teleradiology support services at various locations while the competitive follow-on is being awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers The resultant contract will have a 6-month base period of performance with (1) 6-month option period as follows: 1 February 2021 to 31 July 2021 1 August 2021 to 31 January 2022 In addition, this action will include FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services which will allow the Government to extend performance up to an additional six months after the last 6 month option period identified above. The DHA EMS-CD intends to solicit and negotiate only with Valor Network, Inc., under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A solicitation will not be published. However, any quotes, proposals, or capability statements received by 8:00 AM, San Antonio, Texas time, on 25 January 2021, will be considered by the contracting officer.
