THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Enterprise Medical Service Contracting Division (EMS-CD), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a firm fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Biomedical Research of New York LLC. (BRANY), 1981 Marcus Ave, STE 210, Lake Success, NY 11042-1055. This requirement is to provide Protocol SW Support services at Brook Army Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 Software Publishers The resultant contract will have 12-month base period of performance with (3) 12-month option periods as follows: 18-May-2022 to 17-May-2023 18-May-2023 to 17-May-2024 18-May-2024 to 17-May-2025 This action will not include FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The DHA EMS-CD intends to solicit and negotiate only with Biomedical Research of New York LLC., under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901.
