This procurement will ensure sustainment and continued support to the functional communities. The objective of this action is to provide sustainment/maintenance/engineering-support to incorporate an efficient and streamlined process to identify, develop, and deploy system updates. This includes providing proactive monitoring, after-hours support for critical and high priority issues, deployment support, and maintenance of the system applications/interfaces.
