The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Vista LifeSciences, LLC for proprietary Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM) Software. The base period of performance begins July 30, 2026, for six months, with one optional six-month extension. The software is an FDA-cleared cognitive assessment tool used for pre-deployment baseline testing and clinical health system management. Vista LifeSciences holds the exclusive license to commercialize and deploy the software, including distribution of access keys and database management. Performance will occur at Ft Sam Houston, TX, and interested sources must provide an authorized letter from the manufacturer demonstrating authority to supply the software.
