This contract requires a contractor to provide comprehensive personnel and services to support the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) in its research, translation, and dissemination mission. The work involves conducting clinical research, surveillance, tool development, and training programs to advance traumatic brain injury care for military personnel. Primary performance will be at the TBICoE headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland, with additional support across DHA facilities in the United States and Germany. The contractor will provide both non-personal services, supervised by contractor personnel, and personal services under the oversight of government site directors. The Performance Work Statement and supporting documents, including a cost and pricing spreadsheet, are provided as part of the solicitation package.
