Amendment 1, issued on 01 September 2026, provides the revised Performance Work Statement, questions and answers, an on-demand pricing spreadsheet, and revised past performance information. All submissions must be based on and submitted using the Amendment 1 documents. Questions are due no later than 26 August at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The performance locations are the three named military medical facilities.
