The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from industry (see attachment 1); allow vendors who have previously submitted a quote re-evaulate their quote(s) based on the answers provided in this amendment; extend the solicitation date to 17 September 2026 at 1000 AM EST; update sections 2.4 and 3.3 of the PWS.

This opportunity establishes a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for comprehensive language services at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) and its outlying clinics, including Screaming Eagle Medical Home, La Pointe Army Medical Home, the NICoE (Intrepid Spirit Center), and Byrd Soldier Medical Home. Services include telephone interpretation, on-site and video interpretation, American and foreign sign language, document translation, and translation of selected materials supporting patient care. The primary function is interpreting to and from English into patients' target languages, serving all BACH employees conducting patient business.
