This amendment publishes consolidated questions and answers for the procurement. The project supports the military hearing readiness mission at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, replacing two multi-person hearing test booths at the LaPointe Audiology Clinic. The contractor will provide a turnkey solution to supply, deliver, and install two new dual-purpose, 8-station audiometric testing booths, as well as decommission and dispose of the existing units. The new booths must support both high-volume annual readiness screenings and comprehensive clinical/diagnostic audiology testing. Performance will take place at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (LaPointe Audiology Clinic).
