This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12. “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and Subpart 13.5 "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services". The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE)) has a requirement for Temperature and Other Environmental Control Monitoring and Maintenance Services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Bethesda, MD. The contractor must provide current Representation and Certifications, with quote. All eligible and responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have a valid Unique Entity ID and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 334519 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
